Mr. Menar is the 2023-2024 Treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Association and Co-Chair the Association’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and LGBTQ+ Committee. He is also a member of the Middlesex County Family Law Section Executive Committee, a longstanding member of the Middlesex County’s Assignment Judge’s Family Law Committee, and a member of the Appleton Family Inn of Court. Raul serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Middlesex County. Raul serves as a Panel Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court Fee Arbitration Committee for District VIII.
Awards: Mr. Menar has been the recipient of peer recognition by receiving the Martin S. Goldin Award for Family Law.
